I’m teaming up with Chelsey Reese, LCSW for an interactive workshop, where we’ll unpack root causes of workplace stress, explore why work stress takes such a toll, and discuss practical solutions to help you take action. We’ll share key differences between therapy and coaching to help you make the right decisions about your needs.
