Founding Launch & Billing Schedule

Q. How does the Founding Member launch timeline work?

A. When doors open on December 15, 2026, Founding Members receive immediate access to the platform. The rollout follows a structured three-phase schedule:

  • December 15, 2026 (Library Unlock): Immediate, on-demand access to the complete Course Library, diagnostic roadmaps, frameworks, and templates so you can explore the materials over the holidays.

  • January 4, 2027 (Open House Week): Community welcome orientation and special live kickoff events to set your strategy for the new year.

  • January 11, 2027 (Regular Programming): Standard weekly live operations begin (weekly group coaching, hot seats, and co-working sprints).

Q. When will my card be charged for the first time?

A. Your card is not charged upon enrollment on December 15. Founding cohort members receive full complimentary access from December 15 through January 14. Your first subscription payment will process automatically on January 15, 2027, at the standard rate of $99/month.

Q. What will my recurring billing date be?

A. Because all Founding Members join during the initial launch window, everyone’s recurring billing cycle is synchronized to the 15th of every month. Your subsequent membership charges will process on February 15, March 15, April 15, and so on.

Q. Can I cancel before the first payment processes?

A. Yes. You have a full month to test the library materials and attend Open House week. If you decide the membership isn't the right fit, you can cancel inside your Kajabi dashboard anytime before midnight on January 14, 2027. Your card will not be charged.

Q. How does billing work for future members who join later?

A. The one-month complimentary access window and the synchronized January 15 billing date are exclusive to the Founding Cohort. Any member who enrolls after this initial launch window will:

  • Pay the standard public rate of $99/month.

  • Be billed immediately upon checkout (no one-month free window).

  • Renew automatically each month on the exact calendar date of their individual signup (e.g., enrolling on March 3 bills on the 3rd of every subsequent month).
